Obama: Just be glad unemployment isn’t at 15%

Since President Obama’s stimulus plan is failing by even their own measure, it looks like it’s time to revamp the argument. Now, instead of keeping unemployment under 8 percent like then-President-elect Obama’s advisors predicted, the stimulus just kept unemployment from being 15 percent. You are welcome, America.

Shocking! Outraged senior citizen who accuses Angle of being ‘extreme’ is member of Seniors for Harry Reid Steering Committee

Las Vegas’ Channel 3 reported that there were about a dozen Seniors that protested in front of Angle’s Southern Nevada Headquarters. Oddly enough, the spokesman for the group was none other than Richard Miller, President of Sun City Anthem Democrats and member of the Seniors for Harry Reid Southern Nevada Steering Committee. Honestly, couldn’t Channel 3 find someone who wasn’t affiliated with the Reid campaign to discuss his opponent’s view on Social Security?

Governor Brewer slams President Obama: Warning signs are not enough

Arizona Governor Jan Brewer is not backing down. Today, the Governor released the following video pleading with President Obama to do his job and secure the border. Brewer is speaking eighty miles from the border where warning signs have been placed urging people not travel due to the risk.

Senator Jon Kyl confirms Arizona borders Mexico

Milwaukee County Board of Supervisors member Peggy West claimed that if Arizona was on the border like Texas, she would have to take a second look at the Arizona immigration law she criticizes. Well, it looks like she may have to take that second look, as we now have confirmation from Senator Kyl that his state is, in fact, on the border with Mexico. In case you missed your elementary geography class too, here is the Senator’s letter to Ms. West.
