Did the most competent Administration ever offer Sestak a position he was ineligible for?

Looks like the Obama Administration clearing themselves of any wrongdoing didn’t quite settle the problem with Sestak’s allegation. Unfortunately for the White House, it seems that Congressman Sestak wasn’t even eligible for the position he was reportedly offered by President Clinton because he is a current federal employee.

Congressman Sestak takes questions on White House “job” offer

After the White House cleared themselves of any wrongdoing, Representative Sestak took questions regarding the White House’s offer to get him out of the Democrat Senate primary race in Pennsylvania. You will notice a significant change in language as Sestak now admits that it was President Clinton who made the offer, not someone in the White House as he previously claimed. Also, Sestak admits that it was an unpaid advisory board position and not a “job” as the Congressman previously claimed.

Congressman Issa continues to press for answers on Sestak-gate

Representative Darrell Issa isn’t satisfied with the White House’s response to Joe Sestak’s allegation and vowed to continue to press for answers. Issa speculated there may have been some witness tampering based on the inconsistencies between the White House’s statement and the claims Sestak has been making for months. No wonder President Clinton is ducking questions on the issue.

Sarah Palin’s stalker is upset about being stalked

Joe McGinniss, the author who is stalking Sarah Palin as he writes his latest hit-piece on the Governor, is now upset that reporters are invading his privacy. This summer, McGinniss is renting the house that overlooks the Palin family home. His newfound respect for privacy is odd, especially since he is forcing the Palin family to build a giant fence so he cannot peer into their daughter’s bedroom.
