McMaverick shuns bipartisanship

Boehner: Republicans could win 100 seats in the U.S. House

Rahm Emanuel for Senate?

Don’t laugh. It’s being talked about. Democrats have forced damaged candidates out before and nothing would be more embarrassing for Democrats than losing Barack Obama’s Senate seat… well, almost nothing. Electing a Republican to Ted Kennedy’s seat in Massachusetts was pretty fantastic.

Following yesterday’s announcement that he would run as an Independent, Crist continues to purge key supporters. Today, Senator George LeMieux, who was appointed to the Senate by Governor Crist, announced that he will support Marco Rubio.

The Heritage Foundation put together this simple video explaining the Democrat’s financial reform bill and how it does exactly the opposite thing Democrats say it does. Democrats claim that their bill would end the need for taxpayers to bail out Wall Street, but that simply isn’t the case.

President Obama changed jobs, not techniques

As a community organizer, Barack Obama used Saul Alinksky’s techniques to agitate people to accomplish a goal.  Now that he’s the Commander-in-Chief of the United States of America, he is using the same techniques.  What he does not seem to understand is that his role has changed and those techniques may actually hurt his long-term political viability.
