The idea that the President didn’t have the final say on this is insane. The decision to try KSM in New York is a huge decision and should have been delivered by the President. Now he is claiming that he didn’t sign off on it? Please.

The chief federal oversight official for the stimulus program said in a letter Wednesday that he can’t certify whether the number of jobs “created or saved” by stimulus funds is accurate.

Here’s a stimulus success story: In Arizona’s 15th congressional district, 30 jobs have been saved or created with just $761,420 in federal stimulus spending. At least that’s what the Web site set up by the Obama administration to track the $787 billion stimulus says.
